Any recommendations for a HD camcorder?

Okay, so here's the things i want in an HD camcorder.
-1080p
-Good (or great) sound quality. This is VERY important.
-I HAVE to be able to upload it easily to my computer for editing
-Can't be humongous.
-Around the 0-0 price range.

    Samsung HMX u10 FULL HD 1920×1080 HD and only 179.99. It’s small too. FART!
