Canon HD video player?

First. Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. I have a Canon HD Vixia HF20 camcorder.
I have a windows vista desktop computer, and and right now I have no video player that can open my videos. Yes I have windows media player and quick time. But for some reason they just won't open it. I was wondering what video player can I download for free to play what I recorded on my camcorder so I can see it on my computer.

    Download VLC player for Windows to have a try.
