New iPod Touch vs. Sony Bloggie Camcorder. Which one should I get?

I'm in need of help,
I'm going to start making Vlogs and record some audio then posting it on Youtube.
For that I need an HD Camcorder.
ALTHOUGH, I seriously need an MP3 for DJ purposes. And It would be nice to watch some Youtube videos and go on Facebook when someone is on the computer.
Also I noticed it has an HD Camera too...
But it's not Full HD, it's 720p, and the Bloggie has 1080p.
But for some recording I need a stand to hold the camera still.
Are there any stands for iPod Touch's/Bloggie's Camera?

My dad and I are trying to make a movie and we have video on the camcorder but every time we plug it in, iPhoto just pops up with all of the pictures that are on the camcorder. Any help?
And Little Dog, how do you disable the automatic pop up in iPhoto? I went to preferences but couldn't find it...

How to Burn HDV Camcorder video to a DVD that is playable on most Home DVD Players?

I have a Sony HDV 1080i camcorder, I have about 30 mins worth of video I want to burn onto a DVD and be able to watch that DVD on most home dvd players. What is the best process for burning the video to disc and maintaining the HD quality?

I have tried Windows DVD maker, but for some reason, it doesnt recognize my DVD rom. I have software like Sony Vegas Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro. What is the best program to use?

And what program do I use to actually burn the DVD?

Hey.
I just got me the most amazing camcorder in the world. Canon HG21. I've been filming a lot and edited. But when I edit it in Sony Vegas and want to render it in mpeg2 (full HD), then the sound disappear. Then the sound is turning in to be a file beside the video wich has no sound.
How do I include my sound in full mpeg2 full HD!?

I am trying to buy an Aiptek A-HD but I missed out on the Best Buy deal (by just a little bit unfortunately) and I can't spend more than 5 total (that is including tax). Does anyone know where there will be another deal like this or where I can buy a camera like this for the cheap-ish price?

i bought a cannon hf20 camcorder last year, got some footage i wanted to edit. it is avchd format which in the past on my laptop i have used a free converter to convert it to another format so i can edit it under windows movie maker to make a dvd out of it. well i did not pay 0 on and hd camera for nothing. i got a new dell desktop with the i7 processor which i believe i can do some real hd editing on the footage. i'm also planning on buying a blu ray burner in a few weeks. i don't have a lot of editing knowledge but i do know what i'm doing. i went to best buy looking for a decent software that will let me do simple editing and was looking at the sony movie studio HD and the magix movie edit pro 16. both seems pretty straight forward and similar but which is a better buy? i've heard a lot of good things about sony vagas so leaning towards the sony software. i don't want to spend a fortune on it. at the moment will either let me convert it to dvd?

I have to shoot a video for my photography class project and was wondering what is the most user friendly editing program? I have no editing experience, so I am not looking for top notch stuff. However, I would like to add intros/credits and what not. I have iMovie HD and iDVD that came with my MacBook, would those work. Also, I have a Canon Elura 100 DV Camcorder (Mac Compatible). Finally, what cord would I need to plug in the laptop? I know this is a lot of questions, anything would be great! Thanks.

Ideally, I wanted one that recorded directly onto DVDs that I could pop right in my DVD player. Then I thought I might want to do editing to the video before having it finalized, but that wouldn't be possible if it was already recorded on the DVD straight from the video camera right? Or is it possible to use the recorded DVD to put the video on my computer, edit whatever I want, then burn it onto a new DVD disc? And how do I know if my computer has the option to do that?

OR would it be better to get a camcorder that I just hook up to my computer via USB cord and then burn it onto a DVD disc? How can I be sure it would play as a DVD and not just save on the disc to be opened on only computers?

-1080p
-Good (or great) sound quality. This is VERY important.
-I HAVE to be able to upload it easily to my computer for editing
-Can't be humongous.
