How do I upload an HD video onto YouTube using a Flip Mino HD camcorder and Mac?

I can only watch videos I uploaded in High Quality. I've tried directly uploading it from the FlipShare program, iMovie, and exporting the video to my hard drive. Nothing works. Any ideas anyone?

    Upload the raw video clip.

    Basically.. Go into the folder of the actual camcorder

    DO NOT use FlipShare.

    So on vista you’d go to computer and F: open it and find the video clip.

    ( I know your on a mac, I’m not though :| )
