I am looking to buy an HD camcorder looking to spend no more then $250?

I am looking to buy an (Aiptek Action HD GVS 1080P High Definition Camcorder with 5x Optical Zoom) was wondering if anyone has this and could tell me how well it works.

    I owned many an aiptek camera including the GVS. It’s a great camcorder but there are some nasty compression problems with the camera and some sound issues…
