Question about Sony camcorder?

I recently purchased a sony camcorder the model is the HDR-SR11 its HD and has HDD. I took about 16 videos and I want to upload them to my computer and I don't know how. All I could upload on it is the pictures on it. Do I have to download Sony Picture Browser to upload my videos? What do I do?

    As you don’t give any info about the computer let’s assume you’re running XP or Vista. Setup the camcorder to Play or Playback and then connect it to your computer, it should ask you what to do and you just select transfer or capture.
