Sony Webbie or Canon FS100?

I am deciding between these two camcorders. I know that the webbie is HD though not "true HD" and isnt really going to deliver the quality of say a 00 plus HD camcorder. The canon is not HD though I wonder if it is a better buy as it is only slightly more expensive. I plan on using this for video in NYC particularly at night....

    The Sony Webbie would be the best bet!

    The fs100 isn’t that great in low light.
