What is a quality HD camcorder?

I currently lost my old camcorder. I am now looking for a new one. I need something that shoots well in low light as well as in day light. 1080p HD preferable. Also something that works well with imovie and picks up audio well. Plus something that is stable but light and in the 0 -0 price range. No flip camera's please!

    The Sony HD Handycam is very nice. I’ve used it before and you get some very clear image and colors.
