what is the best hd camcorder out there?

hey im on youtube and im going to be recording videos soon ill be recording things off my computer like games and stuff but i want no lines or blur across the screen of the video because of the tv so what do i need? do i need the best camcorder out there or what? does it have to be HD? and will it do the task i need without those lines and will everthing i record be clear and hd? thanks for answering ill vote best as always=)

    the Panasonic HDC-TM700 is really the camcorder beast out there right now… i’m not sure if has settings to cancel out tv signals so you don’t get any lines, but it has awesome HD, SUPER far zoom, and one of the big features is that is can record 1080HD at 60 frames per second Progressive. Which is better than 60fps Interlaced because instead of adding two layers of video, you record each frame as an individual photo. which makes it MUCH clearer and smoother.

    It’s about $999, but right now it’s the best.

    TheRavn is right… if you use a game console… Using a capture card (TheRavn’s response) bypasses the camcorder’s lens and imaging chip and all that. The game-play is grabbed directly from the game console to the computer and recorded to the computer’s hard drive. No screen rolling or flicker (cause by the TV screen).

    If you want to record game play of computer based games, then a video screen recorder is your best bet. It is software you install on the computer that records what is on the monitor. Again, bypasses the lens and imaging chip and all that. The game-play is grabbed directly from the computer and recorded to the computer’s hard drive. No screen rolling or flicker (caused by the TV screen video image refresh).

    In either case, since we don’t know which computer, operating system or any other details of your game-play environment, there is no way to make a recommendation on a specific capture card or video screen recording application.

    But to answer your original question, the "best hd camcorder out there" is probably one from RED (Scarlet) or Silicon Imaging capable of recording "ultra-high definition video" imaging through a lens.
