What is the main differences in these Sony HD camcorders?

I was wanting to buy a Sony HD camcorder and I found these two that I like. What are the reasons there is a 0 difference?

    http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?... is more expensive because it has a 12.1 MP still camera in it. it can take very good still’s. If you don’t need this, then the other camera will record video just fine.
