whats a good camcorder to get?

i want one under 0
Flash Memory
very good quality (perhaps HD)
also would like it to be a canon or sony....

    I might not be able to help you much under the name of a sony but there is one model and it is HD and it is to be real good from what i hear its Sony HD of some sort of course and comes in different colors. Also flip video is of good quality from what some friends have told me and they come in HD as well.
