Which is the best camcorder?

My dad wants a new camcorder for christmas. He wants one with either a hard drive or flash drive/memory. I can be HD but it doesnt have to be. What are the best models or the most popular ones. links would help. Thanks

    If you really want to buy a good Camcorder first i would advise you to try and figure out why you want to buy a Camcorder like just for general use or professional use. Choosing the right Camcorder can be a tough job. Better go in with a trusted brand Like Canon. Check out what suits you the best. I got myself a Canon HF11 few weeks back. The one that i have has 32GB of inbuilt memory and a SD card slot for more. Also, the picture quality and sound clarity is amazing. Try finding one that suits you best. I got my Camcorder from Here.
