Why is my HD camera so fuzzy?

I have a Samsung H200 Full HD Memory Camcorder. I just bought it and when I watch the video on my computer or on my tv the picture is fuzzy. I called customer support because I was having some other issues and they said to remove the battery for 15 minutes. I did but I didn't think it would work so I took it back and when they tried it at the store it was not blurry. I switched it out for a new one and now I am having the same problem. I tired removing the battery but that did not work.

This is my first HD camcorder why is it all fuzzy?

    If it worked fine at the store and not for you when you got home, I would guess that the camera is on a preset or other mode that is causing the issue. Go through the camera menus and make sure everything is set correctly. If you still have the issue, go back to the store and have them show you how they set the camera up.

    HD video will not look like HD if viewed on a non-HD screen, like a CTR computer monitor or standard definition TV set.
